Director of School Operations & Compliance
AppleTree seeks an experienced leader to join our staff as Director of School Operations and Compliance. The Director is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and supervision of the day-to-day business operations of our network of early childhood charter schools. Setting the vision, strategy, and direction for operations management at the campus level the Director also manages campus and network operations, procurement and fiscal policy, oversight of enrollment management, data management, reporting and compliance, and partnering with instructional leads to address operations needs. Reporting to the Chief of Schools, the Director will also provide professional development, training, and guidance to a team of campus-based Operations Coordinators (OCs) through a matrixed reporting structure, in addition, to directly supervising enterprise Operations Specialists.
