Rising seniors at Cesar Chavez Public Charter School visited DC PCSB’s office to see the mission and vision firsthand, and learn about the work we do to provide oversight to public charter schools in the heart of the nation. 

Across DC, the new school year is about to begin. In the coming weeks, thousands of students attending public charter schools will walk through their school doors ready to learn, grow, and connect with classmates and educators.

The theme of the June 26 board meeting was Lessons Learned, Mission Renewed, with a focus on looking back on what we’re most proud of this year, and how we can use that momentum to prepare for the future.
