The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter School (AppleTreePCS) to amend its charter agreement by replicating its program beginning in school year (SY) 2024 – 25. It seeks to convert the Spring Valley facility located at 4900 Massachusetts Avenue NW, which is part of AppleTree PCS – Oklahoma Avenue, into a stand-alone campus. The school submitted its request on June 1, 2023.
