The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comments on a written request from Friendship Public Charter School (Friendship PCS) on May 15, 2020. The school seeks a waiver to offer competency-based learning (CBL) units, which requires an amendment to its charter agreement.
