The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a written request submitted by Goodwill Excel Center Public Charter School (Goodwill Excel PCS) on March 6, 2020. Goodwill Excel PCS seeks to amend its charter by modifying its goals and academic achievement expectations.
