Notice of Petition to Amend Charter: Asset Acquisition and Charter Amendment – KIPP DC PCS

DC Public Charter School Board will hold a public hearing and vote on December 17. KIPP DC has filed a notice with our office of its intent to acquire Somerset PCS. This means KIPP DC would enroll all current students and take over operation beginning next year.
