Notice of Request to Amend Charter Facility – Social Justice PCS

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to comment on a request from Social Justice Public Charter School (PCS) to amend its charter by relocating its facility. The school proposes moving from its current shared space with Rocketship PCS – Infinity Community Prep at 5450 Third Street NE (Ward 5) to a new facility 0.1 miles away at 333 Kennedy Street NE (Ward 5). The change would be effective beginning in school year (SY) 2024 – 25. The school submitted its request on April 3, 2024.
