The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to comment on a written request from Goodwill Excel Center Public Charter School (GEC PCS) to amend its charter by increasing its enrollment ceiling. GEC PCS submitted its request on November 20, 2020.
