The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a written request from YouthBuild DC Public Charter School (YouthBuild PCS) on May 1, 2020. The school seeks to amend its charter agreement by modifying its enrollment ceiling.
