The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from Early Childhood Academy Public Charter School (ECA PCS) to amend its charter agreement by increasing its enrollment ceiling and adding a second facility. The school submitted its request on August 10, 2026.
