The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from Euphemia L. Haynes Public Charter School (E.L. Haynes PCS) to amend its charter agreement by increasing its enrollment ceiling and adding a third facility. The school submitted its request on August 10, 2026.
