The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from Friendship Public Charter School (PCS) to amend the facilities in its charter agreement. These changes are administrative in nature or repurpose existing locations. The school submitted its request on September 8, 2025.
