The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Charter School (EW Stokes PCS) to amend its charter agreement by revising its mission statement to specify its value and educational model. The school submitted its request on April 1, 2025.
