The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to comment on a request from Breakthrough Montessori Public Charter School (Breakthrough PCS) to amend its charter agreement. The school seeks authorization to update its mission statement by specifying the target population and improving syntax.
