The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request submitted by Friendship Public Charter School on February 14, 2020, to operate a new middle school campus for grades 4-8 at a new location in Ward 8, effective for school year (SY) 2020-21.
