The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to comment on a request from Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science Public Charter School to amend its educational approach by permanently offering virtual programming. The school submitted its request on June 14, 2021.
