PCSB Releases 2015 School Quality Reports (PMF)
The DC Public Charter School Board (PCSB) today released the 2015 School Quality Report (PMF) for each public charter school. The school quality reports are PCSB’s annual tool for assessing and monitoring public charter school performance.
Because each public charter school has a unique curriculum and school mission, the School Quality Report (PMF) allows for all public charter schools to be compared across a common set of indicators. These include individual student progress on District-wide English language arts and math assessments, re-enrollment rates, and student attendance. For public charter high schools, additional factors are measured such as graduation and college acceptance rates.
This year schools will not receive a school rating of Tier 1, 2 or 3 or a score between 0% and 100%, this year is a “hold harmless” year because of the new PARCC testing.
