Public Charter Schools Reviews and Renewals for School Year 2025-26

Each year, DC PCSB conducts charter reviews to ensure schools are meeting the high standards our students and families deserve. These reviews, required under the School Reform Act, provide a comprehensive look at academic performance, legal compliance, and financial health to determine whether a school’s charter should be continued, continued with conditions, or revoked. If a school is in its 15th year of operation, the school will be either renewed or not renewed. Learn the difference between a review HERE and a renewal HERE.
