This is a revised notice from the District of Columbia Public Charter School Board’s (DC PCSB) previous announcement about an opportunity for the public to submit comments on a request submitted by Friendship Public Charter School (Friendship PCS) to amend its charter. Since the school submitted its original amendment application on November 2, 2018, to request a program replication and campus reconfiguration at its Armstrong campus, the school has added another request for a new location to acquire the assets of Ideal Academy Public Charter School (Ideal Academy PCS) effective for school year (SY) 2019-20.
