Dannie McCollough

Specialist, Qualitative Site Review

Dannie McCollough supports the Equity and Effectiveness team at DC PCSB as a Qualitative Site Review Specialist. In this role, he conducts classroom observations, analyzes instructional materials, and contributes to evaluating the quality and equity of public charter school programs across Washington, DC.

Prior to joining DC PCSB, Mr. McCollough worked as a literacy interventionist and English teacher for nearly a decade, serving students in Title I schools in Washington, DC and Miami, Florida. His work focused on increasing student achievement through small-group instruction, data analysis, and culturally responsive support for multilingual learners and students with disabilities. He has also held leadership roles in youth development and program management, designing learning experiences for students and coaching staff to improve engagement and outcomes. Mr. McCollough holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida Memorial University.
