Democracy Prep Commemorates September 11 Anniversary

Today PCSB and DC public charter schools commemorate the 14th anniversary of September 11.

Democracy Prep Congress Heights PCS is partnering today with The Mission Continues, 7th District Police Department, and Serve DC. The Mission Continues is a nonprofit organization that empowers veterans facing the challenges of adjusting to life at home. With over 30 volunteers, they will be creating a garden this afternoon.

The garden will be unveiled at 4 p.m. Democracy Prep Congress Heights is located in Ward 8 and serves students from PK3-7.
