Jane Pan

Jane Pan supports DC PCSB’s data operations by helping plan, develop, and maintain the agency’s data-collection web application. In her role, she collaborates with engineers to design user-centered features and ensure that data submitted is accurate and easy to manage. Ms. Pan also contributes to defining product vision and performance metrics that strengthen data systems and advance the agency’s mission to ensure every DC student has access to a high-quality education. Before joining DC PCSB, she gained experience in technology and product development, applying her skills in SQL, Python, and data analysis to improve user experience. Ms. Pan is passionate about using technology to make education data more accessible and impactful. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Boston University.
