Lindsey Elman is a Ward 4 resident and a member of DC PCSB's Parent and Alumni Leadership Council (PALC). Elman selected her child's public charter school because she loved that the curriculum focused on the themes of biliteracy and sustainability. Her child attends Mundo Verde PCS.
