Summary

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comments on the proposed revisions to the ASPIRE Policy & Technical Guide (ASPIRE Tech Guide). The ASPIRE Tech Guide is the authoritative reference for ASPIRE components and business rules. To ensure reliability and transparency, DC PCSB will generally update the ASPIRE Tech Guide annually. Updates will address refinements, clarifications, and production-cycle issues. Additionally, every three years, floors and targets will be updated.
