Notice of Petition to Amend Charter: Asset Acquisition of Eagle Academy PCS, Enrollment Ceiling Increase, Facilities, Campuses – Friendship PCS

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from Friendship (PCS) to amend its charter agreement. The school proposes an asset acquisition of Eagle Academy PCS, including its students, two facilities, and two campuses, beginning in school year (SY) 2024 – 25.
