SUMMARY: The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (“DC PCSB”) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on an application submitted by Roots Public Charter School (“Roots PCS”) on October 20, 2017 to amend its charter by revising its existing goals and academic achievement expectations.
