Summary

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from Euphemia L. Haynes Public Charter School (E.L. Haynes PCS) to amend its charter agreement. The school seeks approval to reconfigure the grades served at two of its three campuses. Currently, E.L. Haynes PCS – Middle School at 3600 Georgia Avenue NW encompasses grades 5 – 8. The school proposes relocating grade 5 to E.L. Haynes PCS – Elementary School at 4501 Kansas Avenue NW. Also, grade 5 will be included in all accountability measures for the elementary campus.
