Notice of Petition to Amend Charter: Temporary Facilities – CC Prep PCS

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request from Community College Preparatory Academy Public Charter School (CC Prep PCS) to amend its charter agreement by temporarily relocating its facility. For school year (SY) 2024 – 25 and beyond, CC Prep PCS received approval to relocate to a newly constructed facility at 1806 Woodmont Place SE. Because of construction delays, CC Prep PCS seeks to move to five temporary sites for part of SY 2024 – 25. These sites are located in Ward 5 at 3324 V Street NE and in Ward 8 at 30 Atlantic Street SE, 2001 Mississippi Avenue SE, 3400 Wheeler Road SE, and 2409 Ainger Place SE. When construction commences, CC Prep PCS plans to move all students and staff to the permanent facility at 1806 Woodmont Place SE.
