The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (“DC PCSB”) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a waiver request from St. Coletta Special Education PCS from the Special Education Quality Improvement Act of 2014 (DC Code § 38-1802.10(c)) to allow the school to remain a District of Columbia public school for the purposes of Part B of IDEA and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
This waiver will not require a charter agreement amendment.
