William Hegwood is an advisory member of DC PCSB's Parent and Alumni Leadership Council (PALC). Our families loves our DC public charter school because of its inclusiveness and the challenging curriculum. His oldest child is a 2018 graduate from Washington Latin PCS in 2018 and his youngest child attends DC International.
