The Director of Facilities is a leader who can innovate, motivate, develop systems and create a vision for how Capital City’s facilities can support its program. The Director of Facilities is responsible for overseeing the upkeep and improvement of our 170,000 square foot building and surrounding grounds. This position establishes safety protocols and ensures they are met, evaluates and provides input on technology integration, establishes routine preventative maintenance schedules and manages facilities and janitorial requests within the schoolwide online platform.
