Wrapping Up the Journey: Reflecting on the Impact of Our Strategic Roadmap

At the October 28, 2024 Board Meeting, we officially concluded our 2021-24 Strategic Roadmap. For the past three years, the Strategic Roadmap guided our efforts in three strategic priority areas: Excellent Schools, Enduring Partnerships, and Effective Organization. 

Each strategic priority has goals and metrics we used to measure our progress.

As we reflect on our progress throughout these three years, our accomplishments below highlight the tangible outcomes of our efforts.
