My School DC Education Festival (EdFEST) comes to the DC Armory on Saturday December 12 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. EdFEST presents DC’s many public education options (PK3 through 12) for families and their students, showcasing the city’s public and public charter schools. Meet representatives from more than 180 DCPS and public charter schools. Learn about each school’s programs and services, including special education and services for English Language Learners (ELL).
Learn about My School DC, the online common lottery, and get a hands-on introduction to the lottery process from My School DC staff.
Explore social and educational programs from city agencies and enjoy recreational activities for all – so bring the whole family!
Interpretation in sign language, Spanish, Amharic, Mandarin, Vietnamese and French will be available throughout the day.
Admission and parking is free.
The DC Armory is accessible via metrorail : Stadium-Armory on the Orange/Blue/Silver lines.
