2015 Performance Management Framework Updates

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (“PCSB”) staff recommends that the Board vote to open for public comment anticipated revisions to the 2014-2015 Performance Management Framework (“PMF”) Technical Guide. (1) Add clarity to existing business rules; (2) include tier cut ranges for the Adult Education (“AE”) PMF; (3) as per the PMF business rules, introduce the 2014- 15 floors, using a three-year weighted averaged. This recalculation keeps the PMF in line with the current performance of schools. At this time, PCSB will not be introducing tier cut offs for the early childhood PMF.
