DC PCSB Staffer Selected for Authorizing Leadership Program
Each year, the National Association of Charter School Authorizers Leaders Program brings together 12 emerging leaders in the authorizing field to grow their leadership skills, learn from each other and industry coaches, and develop their vision of quality authorizing.
Erin Kupferberg, Manager of the School Quality and Accountability team, was selected to join the highly-selective and rigorous program providing leadership, management and authorizing training to current and upcoming leaders of charter school authorizing offices.
When asked about authorizing Kupferberg said, “Not every child has the same high-quality choices in schools, which is why authorizers work harder to try and let parents know how to make the right decisions for their families.”
This year’s cohort consists of current authorizing professionals and each brings a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences.
Congratulations, Erin!
