Ernecia White

Senior HR Generalist

Ernecia White is responsible for the daily management of human resources operations. The scope of her work includes managing hiring procedures, policy administration, training programs, and other administrative tasks in the department. Prior to joining the DC PCSB, Ernecia worked for a DC public charter school where she managed the recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration processes. Ernecia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University and a MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
