Hannah Cousino

Hannah Cousino manages the charter application process, school expansion requests, transcript audits, and compliance review, including procurement contract submissions and new school conditions. Previously, Ms. Cousino has led DC PCSB’s support initiatives focused on English learners, special education, and new schools. Prior to joining DC PCSB, Ms. Cousino taught social studies at a DC public charter middle school and special education at a Chicago public charter high school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and English from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education from National-Louis University.
