John Carlos Green
Manager, Community Engagement
John Carlos Green manages community engagement and outreach efforts for the organization. Before joining DC PCSB, he served as DC Attorney General Karl A. Racine's reelection campaign manager and community engagement coordinator. Mr. Green is an elected two-term Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner and currently serves as an At-Large Committeeman for the DC Democratic State Committee. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics and a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University.
