Kathleen Rickmann serves DC PCSB by analyzing financial data to ensure academic quality. Over the past 10 years, she has worked for state and local government agencies in a finance role in Illinois, Florida, and Tennessee. Most recently, she served as Manager of Accounting and Reporting for Memphis Shelby County School District. Mrs. Rickmann is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Illinois Springfield.
