Lawrence Hayes handles the operational, regulatory and financial aspects of technology and IT for DC PCSB. Previously, Mr. Hayes was a systems administrator for an international cyber security company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, with a Concentration in Application Development and a Minor in Entrepreneurship/Marketing, from Marshall University.
