Michael Bayuk

Michael A. Bayuk, CPA (Mike) is responsible for overseeing DC PCSB's internal accounting and finance and its charter schools’ financial reporting and compliance. Mr. Bayuk brings deep technical accounting and financial expertise. During the past 15 years, Mr. Bayuk provided professional consulting services to executives at Constellation Energy, W. R. Grace, and GEA Group. He led the technical accounting, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission financial reporting, and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission financial assurance and reporting for Constellation Energy Nuclear Group. Mr. Bayuk is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University.
