DC Public Charter School Board Website Redesign Request for Proposal (RFP)

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) seeks proposals from individuals and organizations that are experienced in providing and/or redesigning the DC PCSB website (www.dcDC PCSB.org) to improve user experience, navigation, accessibility, and realign and redesign relevant content for our diverse audiences of families, students, educators, and community members. The improved site should reflect DC DC PCSB’s mission, vision, and brand. Designing new school pages that incorporate (and automate updates of) school evaluation data, scores, and Levels (ASPIRE) while enhancing overall functionality, usability, and ADA compliance.

Naomi Rubin DeVeaux Selected for Pahara-Aspen Education Fellows Program

DC PCSB Deputy Director, Naomi Rubin DeVeaux, has been selected for the Fall 2016 Pahara-Aspen Education Fellowship cohort, a recognized and highly-selective leadership development program. 

The Pahara-Aspen Education Fellowship is a partnership between the Pahara and Aspen Institutes and “seeks to strengthen and sustain diverse, high potential leaders who are reimagining public education” by using a leadership development model created by the Aspen Institute through its renowned Henry Crown Fellowship program.

Naomi will join a cohort of 23 fellows for the two-year fellowship and will become part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, which has more than 2,200 Fellows from 50+ countries.
