New Charter Applicant Seeks to Expand in DC

DC PCSB received a charter school proposal from Pathways in Education, a national network of public charter schools.

Currently located throughout California, Illinois, Tennessee, and Louisiana, Pathways in Education seeks to establish a comprehensive high school program that will offer support services to at-risk students.  Read their proposal here.

The Board is accepting public comment on the proposal until October 26.  A public hearing on the proposal will take place October 26 and the Board will vote to approve or deny the proposal on November 16.
