Notice of Petition to Amend Charter: Enrollment Ceiling Increase/Program Replication – E.W. Stokes PCS

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (“DC PCSB”) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on a request submitted by Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Charter School (“EW Stokes PCS”) on February 6, 2017 to increase its enrollment ceiling and replicate its educational program to open a new campus in SY 2018-2019.
