Notice of Petition to Amend: School Transparency Policy and Data and Document Submission Policy

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) announces an opportunity for the public to submit comment on revisions to the School Transparency Policy and the Data and Document Submission and Verification Policy. The changes to this policy will ensure the public has accurate and timely access to school information such as student and family policies, school calendars, and annual reports. Currently, schools can link to DC PCSB’s website to provide this information; however, DC PCSB’s website is not the most intuitive place for the public to seek this information. The change to the policy creates a more intuitive process. In addition, the Data and Document Submission and Verification Policy will strike the previous language allowing schools to link to the DC PCSB website.
