Shakerah Sampson

Shakerah Sampson is deeply committed to ensuring employees have developmental resources available to them to gain information and feel empowered, especially in relationship building, race, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and in succession planning with peers, direct reports, and external stakeholders. Mrs. Sampson has extensive experience in leading employee development initiatives, training and development, succession planning, leadership development, and communication strategies for organizations including Spectrum, and Enhanced Resource Centers (ERC). She also spent three years teaching at Virginia College in Columbia, South Carolina. Mrs. Sampson has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Benedict College, and a Master’s in Education from Strayer University.
