Shantelle Wright

Shantelle D. Wright is the Chair of the DC PCSB Board, recognized for her work in education reform and urban education. She is an executive coach, facilitator, and team builder passionate about developing others and creating learning opportunities. As the Founder and former CEO of Achievement Prep PCS and Managing Partner of S&S Courageous LLC, she has extensive experience coaching public school leaders, nonprofit executives, and public sector teams. A licensed attorney with a JD from The George Washington University School of Law, Shantelle previously practiced corporate law before transitioning to education leadership. A proud Ward 8 resident and Hampton University graduate, she also serves on the Board of DC Safe and actively volunteers in the community. 

Her term on the DC PCSB Board runs through 2025.
