DC Public Charter School Board Website Redesign Request for Proposal (RFP)

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) seeks proposals from individuals and organizations that are experienced in providing and/or redesigning the DC PCSB website (www.dcDC PCSB.org) to improve user experience, navigation, accessibility, and realign and redesign relevant content for our diverse audiences of families, students, educators, and community members. The improved site should reflect DC DC PCSB’s mission, vision, and brand. Designing new school pages that incorporate (and automate updates of) school evaluation data, scores, and Levels (ASPIRE) while enhancing overall functionality, usability, and ADA compliance.

Statement from PCSB Board Chair About Postponing the Vote

Board Chair John “Skip” McKoy issued the following statement this morning about postponing the Community Academy PCS vote:   

"Our first priority has always been to the students and their families.  As this is a complicated matter, the Board decided last night to defer a vote on revocation for at least a week.  That will give us more time to determine what’s best for the students and their families."
