Senior Specialist, School Equity and Effectiveness
Tricia Francisco serves DC PCSB by leading work with Emerging Multilingual Learners such as the Mystery Caller Initiative and EML Monitoring Policy, and support initiatives regarding Professional Learning Communities and site visits. Prior to DC PCSB, Tricia taught high school math and was a Program Manager at Code2College, where she organized numerous educational events and managed the organizations web development and college mentor program. Tricia Francisco has a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas.
