Will Henderson

Chief Operating Officer

Will Henderson is responsible for data systems, internal finances, school finance accountability and various other operational initiatives. Before joining DC PCSB, he was the Executive Director of Finance and Operations for Paul Public Charter School which serves students in grades six through twelve. A member of Paul PCS’s executive team, Mr. Henderson managed a multi-million dollar budget, led a wide array of strategic efforts, and supported the organization through both change and growth. Before joining Paul PCS, Mr. Henderson worked at SEED Public Charter School, which serves students in Wards 7 and 8.  Mr. Henderson has a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Youth Development from Furman University in Greenville, SC and a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Counseling from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.
